4. Payment Terms

- All billing information provided is accurate
- Chargebacks or disputes must follow Stripe/PayPal resolution systems
Invoices and transaction IDs are automatically issued after payment.
5. Refunds & Cancellation

Timeline estimates are provided based on required access and client responsiveness.
Any delays caused by the client (e.g., slow feedback, missing access) may extend deadlines.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Ad platform reviews or policy restrictions
- Third-party system failures (Facebook, Google, Stripe, etc.)
- Client-side technical errors or hosting/server issues
7. No Guarantees of Financial Results
We do not guarantee:
- Specific revenue or sales outcome
- Ads performance or conversion results
- Platform approval (e.g., Facebook/Google ad rejections)
Marketing results depend on multiple external factors such as market conditions, budget, product quality, competition, and platform regulations.
We guarantee the delivery of services as defined in scope — not financial outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
Strategies, frameworks, training materials, and internal systems provided remain the intellectual property of our company.
Clients may use them for their business but may not:
- Resell
- Reproduce for commercial distribution
- Claim authorship
- Share publicly without permission
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared business information, account data, reports, and communication.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
